How do I report a bug in one of your games?

You can report bugs by submitting details in our bug reports channel on Discord, by creating a support ticket, or by visiting our dedicated bug reporting page at https://rfgstudios.com/report/. When reporting a bug, please include as much information as possible: what happened, when it happened, and steps to reproduce it if you can.

I'm having trouble with in-game purchases. What should I do?

If you're having issues with Robux purchases or game passes, first try refreshing your game or rejoining. If the problem persists, please contact us through Discord or email with details of your purchase, including the transaction ID if available.

How do I suggest a new feature for your games?
